You get 5 scan tickets to start. Prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen (local prices are shown in the store). Prices may change; we will announce increases in advance.

Timing of payment

Scan tickets and Fluff: charged when the purchase is confirmed.

nuipass Plus: charged when the purchase is confirmed (or when the free trial ends), then renewed and charged automatically every month or year until canceled.

Delivery

Available immediately after the purchase is completed.

Cancellation and returns

As these are digital goods, purchases cannot be returned or canceled after they are made. Purchased Fluff is non-refundable (unless required by law).

You can cancel nuipass Plus at any time in your store settings. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (including a free trial). You can keep using it until the end of the paid period. There are no prorated refunds.

Refunds follow the policies of Apple or Google.

Requirements

iOS 16.4 or later, Android 8.0 or later. An internet connection is required. AR Link pages work in recent versions of Safari and Chrome.
